They can profoundly impact daily life and make connection with yourself and others difficult. <\/strong><\/p><p>The experiences of people with AGDS, which involves a feeling of division in the personality, largely correspond to those of people with DID.<\/p><p>From February 2022 to June 2023, the online project took place\u00a0<i>This is me<\/i>\u00a0place. Here, people with DID collected the anonymous experiences of more than one hundred people with DID\/OSDD and their loved ones. These experiences have been compiled into a digital publication and a physical book (2024), with the aim of raising awareness about (living with) DID\/OSDD. The second goal of the material is for people with DID\/OSDD and loved ones to feel more seen, heard, and recognized, and to feel less alone.<\/p><p>Following the active project phase, the collected material was housed here at Traumanet, so that all valuable experiences remain permanently available as a source of information, support, and (re)recognition.<\/p><p>The digital material of\u00a0<i>This is me<\/i>\u00a0can be used free of charge and is deployed for education based on lived experience, psycho-education in treatments, and (further\/post-graduate) training of professionals.
