We are looking for a social media editor

The Traumanet platform is growing, just like our social channels. To realize our ambitions in 2026 as well, we are looking for a social media editor. Are you a passionate professional who loves visuals, enjoys writing, and cares deeply about social communities? Then we would love to hear from you.

What are you going to do?

As a social media editor for Traumanet, you, together with other team members, are responsible for the online content. You know all the ins and outs of Canva, Instagram en LinkedIn. Based on our content calendar, you create beautiful and engaging posts and carousels that inspire and support people with trauma and their loved ones on their journey toward greater resilience and healing. You write compelling captions for the content and publish it on our social channels. You know how to respond to questions and comments from followers in an appropriate and engaged manner, so that our community grows. 

Who are we looking for?

• You have at least one year of experience as a social media or online editor
• You have demonstrable graphic experience 
• You have a way with words and love writing catchy captions 
• You have experience posting content on social media channels such as Instagram and LinkedIn
• You believe in the power of social communities and enjoy exploring how the Traumanet community can grow further
• You are interested in and have (some) knowledge of trauma, resilience, and healing

What do we offer?

A fun and voluntary position starting from 4 hours per week in a growing organization passionately dedicated to people affected by trauma and their loved ones. You will join a small team with short communication lines. We value independence, open communication, and humor. You can largely schedule your own hours and work from home. This position includes an expense allowance (in consultation) and free access to all our events.
